Reflections Practice Ltd is dedicated to supporting you, your family and your organisation.

We are driven by a passion for rights with responsibilities. We offer a non-judgmental approach with our support services however we expect our clients to welcome change and want to better their current situation. We can do the rest!

Our practitioners come from various backgrounds, each with their individual practice methods and use several techniques to achieve results. Counselling can be given in English, Spanish, and British Sign Language. So what do are clients say about us?

We appreciate there are times when our clients need additional support and we are not in the practice of creating unmanageable changes.

"Crisis situations don’t just happen 9-5 and sometimes you can’t wait until 3 days when you are due for your next appointment ... my clients have commitments, work & families. It is our job to work with their lifestyle not put them in a box, we are not a doctors surgery, we should fit our clients needs not the other way round"
- Dawn French, Managing Director, Reflections Practice Ltd.

*There is no 'standard', 'normal' support package however we list some guidelines to try to make your choice more informed.

  • Clients are given an initial consultation to outline and gauge expectations, background, working practices, ethical framework and establish a suitable practitioner
  • Normal practice is a full 1 hour session. Notes and records are maintained in the counsellors own time not in yours*
  • 24 hour support is offered*
  • Face to face, telephone, text and email support is available*
  • 1 hour sessions start from £30*
  • Individual support packages are agreed with each client

Family members can receive mediation with one of our welfare consultants to ease any issues that if not faced can escalate into painful and costly situations. Our consultants continue to work in their own specialist area, which has a positive impact on our clients as they maintain contact with a network of experts locally and nationally.

Our practitioners are members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy

As an Individual Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapists, I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure therein

Clients can access all aspects using British Sign Language if required.
